Kathi was born on December 11, 1960, in Dallas, Texas, to Dale Wells DeWitt and Shirley Ann Nichols. She later married Steven Lynn Perry on August 17, 1997, in Lone Oak, where they built their life together.
She worked for JBS and was known above all for the love she shared with her family.
